🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long is my delivery going to take?
Because all of our phone cases are custom printed on demand, your order goes through two phases:
- Production Time: It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, cure, and inspect your case.
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, shipping generally takes 3 to 5 days (after production), depending on your location (Asia, Africa, South America and Canada will take at least 3 weeks). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way!
What happens if my shipment gets lost?
Don’t worry! In the rare event that a package is officially deemed lost by the courier service or fails to arrive, we will gladly send you a free replacement package or issue a full refund, provided you notify us within our 14-day delivery window.

What material are the cases made of?
Our cases are manufactured using premium Polycarbonate (PC). This high-grade material allows us to print stunning, high-fidelity anime designs with crystal-clear colors that won’t fade or peel over time.
Is the case 100% resistant?
Yes, our cases offer 100% everyday shock resistance. The hard polycarbonate shell provides heavy-duty defense against daily wear and tear, surface scratches, and minor drops, keeping your phone safe without adding unnecessary bulk to your pocket.
Will the case interfere with wireless charging?
Not at all! Our polycarbonate cases are designed to be slim yet protective, meaning they are completely compatible with standard Qi wireless charging stations. You don’t need to take the case off to power up.
🛍️ Orders & Policy
Can I change my mind or swap my design after ordering?
Because every single phone case is printed specifically for you on demand, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you choose the wrong phone model or change your mind. Please double-check your device model at checkout!
My case arrived damaged, what should I do?
We inspect every item before it ships, but if your case suffers an issue during transit, we’ve got your back. Email us at contact@souplaprints.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will send a brand-new replacement immediately.
