These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) and SouplaPrints (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://souplaprints.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, browsing our products, or completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. USER REPRESENTATIONS & GUEST CHECKOUT

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

No Account Registration: SouplaPrints operates strictly via Guest Checkout. We do not offer user account creation, registration, or profile storage. Consequently, your explicit agreement to these Terms is re-established and required prior to the authorization of every individual transaction.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & DMCA COPYRIGHT NOTICE

2.1 Our Proprietary Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

2.2 DMCA & Anime Copyright Notice

SouplaPrints respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners. Please be advised of the following:

  • Artistic Interpretations: We do not own the official licenses, trademarks, or copyrights for the anime-inspired designs or merchandise listed on this Site. Our products are fan-made, artistic interpretations.
  • Rights Holder Authority: If you are the respective licensing business, trademark holder, or copyright owner of any featured property and wish to request the removal of specific items, or if you would like to initiate an official business partnership, you are within your full legal rights to do so.
  • Takedown Requests: For all licensing inquiries or formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests, please contact us directly at contact@souplaprints.com. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review, respond, and remove the contested content immediately.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND LISTING ACCURACY

3.1 Custom Print-on-Demand Specifications

All merchandise, including phone cases and prints, is custom-made and printed on demand upon order placement. Product images and colors displayed on the Site are digital mockups intended for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, textures, and design alignments may vary slightly based on individual manufacturing tolerances and specific device dimensions.

3.2 Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue products and pricing at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Clerical and Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, SouplaPrints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full credit to the original payment method.

4. BILLING, PAYMENT, AND FINANCIAL DATA SEPARATION

  • Secure Payment Integration: All monetary transactions are funneled through secure, encrypted, and authorized third-party payment gateways.
  • Data Separation: Because SouplaPrints operates without customer profiles, we do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive financial datasets.
  • Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all transactions conducted via the Site.

5. FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING, AND CUSTOMS

5.1 Production and Handling Timeline

Because our business model relies on custom production, items require dedicated handling and manufacturing time before shipment. Stated shipping dates and delivery windows are estimates only and do not constitute contractually guaranteed arrival dates.

5.2 Import Duties and Tariffs

For international shipments, the buyer is designated as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes levied by the destination country. SouplaPrints cannot control, predict, or be held liable for transit delays caused by customs authorities or external postal couriers.

6. REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

6.1 Finality of Sales

Because our goods are custom printed on demand for specific device models, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SouplaPrints does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer error, modification of preference, or accidental selection of an incorrect device layout.

6.2 Mandatory 14-Day Notification Window

Exceptions to the strict “All Sales Final” policy are legally enforced only if the product falls under one of the two following criteria:

  • Manufacturing Defects/Damage: The item arrives cracked, misprinted, or structurally compromised.
  • Lost Shipments: The package is explicitly deemed lost in transit by the carrier service.

Any such issue must be reported to SouplaPrints within fourteen (14) calendar days from the verified delivery date (or expected delivery date in the event of a lost shipment). If fourteen days have elapsed, the transaction is closed permanently, and no refunds or replacements will be authorized.

6.3 Claim Initiation Procedure

To lodge a formal claim, contact our support desk at contact@souplaprints.com with your order confirmation number and clear photographic evidence documenting the defect or damage. Do not attempt to return items to us or the manufacturer without an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our staff.

6.4 Processing of Authorized Refunds

Upon inspection and approval of your photographic evidence, a refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method. Please note that credit card issuers and banking institutions often require a standard processing window of several business days to post the credit to your account balance.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL SOUPALPRINTS, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS.

THIS CONSTITUTES A COMPLETE WAIVER OF LIABILITY REGARDING ANY SECONDARY PHYSICAL DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SMARTPHONES, TABLETS, OR LAPTOPS) WHILE UTILIZING PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SOUPALPRINTS.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the primary jurisdiction in which SouplaPrints operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be settled within the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Last Updated” timestamp at the apex of this document indicates the effective date of the current version. It remains the user’s explicit responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of amendments. Continued use of the Site following updates indicates binding legal acceptance of the modified Terms.
